Jeff Bertsch has spent more than twenty years inside multi-site dental operations, carrying P&L responsibility across practices in Arizona, Colorado, and Florida. His background spans regional and executive-level roles at two of the nation's largest dental support organizations, as well as operations leadership at growth-stage private groups.

He founded 49 North Dental Advisors to give owner-led practices and small dental groups access to that same caliber of operational leadership — without the full-time executive price tag.

Based in the Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area, Jeff works with clients on-site across Florida and fractionally nationwide.

Jeff grew up in Lethbridge, Alberta — just north of the 49th parallel, the line that marks the Canadian border and the literal southern edge of his home province. That's where the firm's name comes from, and it's stuck with him as more than just geography: a reminder to keep orienting toward the direction that actually moves things forward, for his clients and for himself.

North is the only acceptable direction.
